Welcome to Reception!
We are called Heron and Puffin Class.
Our teachers are Mrs Grant in Heron.
Our teacher is Mr Breese and Mrs Starbuck in Puffin.
In Heron and Puffin Class, we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and we love to learn through play. We have a big classrooms and our own outside areas.
Our final term is Reception we will be becoming deep sea divers and explorers. Our topic this Term is Under the Sea and we will be finding all about our seas and oceans. What we might find in the Sea and linking this to our previous terms learning on Habitats. We will be focusing on The Sleepy Bumble Bee for our talk for learning, followed by our final Drawing Club adventure.
We will be swimming 3 times a week this term and preparing for our transition into year 1.
