Welcome to Reception!
We are called Heron and Puffin Class.
Our teachers are Mrs Grant in Heron.
Our teacher is Mr Breese and Mrs Starbuck in Puffin.
In Heron and Puffin Class, we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and we love to learn through play. We have a big classrooms and our own outside areas.
This term is all about Paws and Claws. Over the 6 weeks we will spend 2 weeks exploring different types of animals and their habitats. We will spend 2 weeks on Dinosaurs and 2 weeks on Minibeasts. We will engage in some more exciting drawing club and develop our literacy skills in Talk 4 Writing.
