Help Make Southover Even Better – Join The Friends!

At Southover, we believe that when parents and teachers work together, great things happen for our children. That’s where our PTA – The Friends of Southover School – comes in.

Thanks to the passion and support of parents, Southover has become a thriving, vibrant place for our children to learn and grow. The Friends organise fun events like the Summer Fair, Christmas Fair, and school discos, raising vital funds that directly benefit our pupils.

We’ve helped fund everything from laptops and reading sheds to music stands and wet weather gear. We also support big projects like STEM and Arts week, maintaining the school pool, funding our fabulous library, plus we buy all the items brought to us via the teachers wish list.

As school budgets tighten, our role becomes even more important. We’re stepping up to provide essential classroom items and resources that help keep learning fun, creative, and interactive.

2: Order your clothing name tags from 'My Nametags' and use our ID code (see image below)

3: Use our clothing recycling bin located in the car park by the field. It gets emptied regularly and the PTA receives a financial donation for everything collected and recycled. (see image below for what it takes)

4. When you shop, buy items through Easy Fundraising.
